About the Role As an Account Executive, you will be a pivotal force in driving our company's growth by identifying, acquiring, and nurturing key client relationships. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives on exceeding targets, building strong rapport, and effectively communicating the value of our solutions. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and social selling. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to presentation, negotiation, and closing. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively position our offerings. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Fresh Graduated are Welcome to Apply) Proven 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within [Industry/Sector, e.g., SaaS, Tech, Digital Marketing, Media]. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting. A strong consultative sales approach with the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience selling [Specific product/service, e.g., SaaS solutions, enterprise software, digital advertising, professional services]. Existing network of contacts within [Specific target industry/market]. Proven success in new business acquisition and market expansion. Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale). Understanding of relevant industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
