Assist in managing existing client accounts and maintaining regular communication. Monitor account performance and support clients with basic problem-solving. Assist in updating client data and preparing simple reports. Participate in client meetings or calls when needed. Collect client feedback and report to the lead. Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of accounting and account management processes. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with CRM or similar tools is a plus.
