Job Description: Sales / Account / Business Development Representatives are responsible for outbound prospecting. The world of an SDR revolves around lead gen, rather than closing new deals. SDRs are typically measured by how effectively they move leads through the sales pipeline. Sales development representatives help with the lead qualification process, which allows sales team to focus on closing deals instead of wasting time with prospecting. Find various potential leads and links through social media, emails & cold calling & converting them into Business. Generate new customers for the company as well as passing higher usage leads to the Sales team. Craft emails and book an introductory meeting with potential clients. Foster a good working relationship with potential clients (give assistance on tech ecosystem preparation, identify and solve partner’s problems/needs, collect their feedback on partnership or product). Provide feedback to the internal team based on interactions with leads.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Accountancy, Human Resource Management or equivalent. Experience in IT or HR company is a plus. B2B sales experience is preferred. Fast learner and independent. Having good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Having good communication skills.
