Field Agronomist

Job Description : 1. Manage regular communication with Farmers, Farmer Groups and Cooperatives. 2. Conduct socialization on Good Agricultural Practices. 3. Conduct coffee crop surveys and analysis to provide information related to coffee plantations (harvest season predictions and potential crop productivity) and social issues. 4. Analyze and report the results of coffee plant surveys by conducting sample assessments using sampling methods. 5. Plan, develop and monitor plantation development to increase plantation productivity and sustainability. 6. Provide technical assistance to Coffee Farmers in the aspects of production and quality of the plantation if needed. Qualification : 1. Education min. D3 Faculty of Agriculture 2. Have knowledge of plant morphology, pests and diseases in plants and seedling technology. 3. Have good adaptability, critical thinking and analysis skills. 4. Have interpersonal, communicative, and teamwork skills. 5. Have a high willingness to learn and self-motivate. 6. Can operate Google Sheets, Google Form, and have good computer skills.
