Job Roles:
- Store Layout and Design: Plan and design store layouts, including window displays, floor plans, and product placement, to optimize traffic flow and showcase products effectively.
- Window Displays: Create eye-catching and thematic window displays to attract and intrigue passersby and draw them into the store.
- In-Store Displays: Design and set up in-store displays, focal points, and visual storytelling areas to highlight key products and collections.
- Visual Storytelling: Develop visual narratives and themes that convey the brand's identity and story, using props, signage, and decor.
- Seasonal and Trend Displays: Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and seasonal changes, adapting displays accordingly to keep the store fresh and exciting.
- Planograms: Create planograms to guide store staff on product placement, ensuring consistency across multiple locations.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with merchandising and buying teams to manage inventory levels and ensure that the right products are available for displays.
- Lighting and Color Schemes: Implement effective lighting strategies and color schemes to enhance product visibility and ambiance.
- Interactive Displays: Incorporate interactive elements, such as touchscreens or digital screens, to engage customers and provide additional product information.
- Promotional Displays: Design and set up displays for sales promotions, new arrivals, and special events.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the overall shopping experience by creating an inviting and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that encourages exploration and purchase.
- Visual Guidelines: Ensure that visual merchandising follows brand guidelines and aligns with marketing and promotional campaigns.
