Key Responsibilities:
Property Management:
- Inspect properties regularly to ensure maintenance and cleanliness.
- Coordinate repairs with contractors and manage utility bills.
- Track supplies, update inventory, and prepare maintenance reports.
Staff Management:
- Supervise housekeeping, pool, garden, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure staff follow SOPs, evaluate performance, and handle staff issues.
- Onboard, train, and recommend promotions for high performers.
Coordination \& Collaboration:
- Work with departments like Sales, Booking, and Quality Control.
- Manage tasks with teams for smooth operations and supply restocking.
- Review online property listings for accuracy and update as needed.
Reporting:
- Submit monthly property inventory and quarterly maintenance reports.
- Provide monthly appraisal reports and track expenses for approval.
Qualifications:
- Experience in property or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities.
- Knowledge of property maintenance, repairs, and utilities.
- Strong communication skills for staff and inter\-department coordination.
- Proficient in reporting, performance evaluations, and expense tracking.
