- Define, design, execute and socialize a range of research studies that build a strong understanding of existing and future audiences and their experiences.
- Drive insights from quantitative and qualitative data, complementing other research in partnership with product designers and stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze user behavior through studies, in-depth interviews, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, and online experiments (A/B testing).
- Understand and incorporate complex technical and product requirements into research.
- Identify the best practices for both established and developing research approaches.
