• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, or Financial Management with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and consistent in performing tasks.
• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fast learner with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Willing to work overtime when required based on team needs and direction.
