Assist with registration (PKS, Transporters (TS) profile, lead pipeline, pricing, app installation etc.) and continuously maintain data quality. Actively reach out to Transporters (TS) via calls and messages to follow up on orders / non-orders on behalf of managers. Monitor and ensure the end-to-end transporter onboarding flow runs smoothly. Implement and support transporter programs. Handle transporter inquiries, provide clarification, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues. Channel new transporter leads to Managers. Maintain strong communication with transporters to ensure responsiveness, availability, and service reliability.
