Key Responsibilities : A full-time on-site role at PT Adis Dimension Footwear in Balaraja Tangerang who will be responsible of design, development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of tooling systems used in the footwear manufacturing process. The role monitoring mold conditions, analyzing efficiency trends, resolving technical issues, and maintaining production readiness.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Requirement Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major Minimum of 3 years' experience in Tooling Footwear Manufacture Experienced in tooling mold execution, stockfit process, and bottom engineering projects Strong analytical thinking for mold condition monitoring, efficiency trends, and problem-solving Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Fluent in both spoken and written English Strong awareness of HSE standards Open for people with disabilities Skills Wajib Strong analytical
