Job Description



  • Contact potential customers via phone to introduce our technology products.

  • Identify prospects' needs and problems, and offer appropriate solutions through our products and services.

  • Maintain and update the prospect database regularly within the company's CRM system.

  • Schedule appointments or product demos between prospects and the sales team.

  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

  • Gather and provide feedback regarding products and telemarketing approaches to management.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer.


Qualifications



  • Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or telesales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.

  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools. Basic knowledge of technology products or software is a plus.

  • Ability to build relationships and interact with various types of customers.

  • Ability to work under tight targets and show initiative to achieve and exceed them.

  • Ability to organize and manage time effectively, and keep accurate records.

  • Honesty, professionalism, and a high standard of work ethics.

  • Strong Ability to build external relationship
