Job Description
- Contact potential customers via phone to introduce our technology products.
- Identify prospects' needs and problems, and offer appropriate solutions through our products and services.
- Maintain and update the prospect database regularly within the company's CRM system.
- Schedule appointments or product demos between prospects and the sales team.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Gather and provide feedback regarding products and telemarketing approaches to management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or telesales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools. Basic knowledge of technology products or software is a plus.
- Ability to build relationships and interact with various types of customers.
- Ability to work under tight targets and show initiative to achieve and exceed them.
- Ability to organize and manage time effectively, and keep accurate records.
- Honesty, professionalism, and a high standard of work ethics.
