This position will be leading Team Marketing & Business Development consist of Part Leader Marketing and Staff Marketing & Business Development. You will be directly report to Marketing Director. Qualification:
• Min Bachelor/S1 in any major from reputable university
• Experience 10 years as Marketing & Business Development in cosmetics manufacture
• Deep understanding process New Product Development
• Preferably experience in toll manufacture (cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food & beverages, etc)
• Experience to handling B2B market
• Experience handling projects NPD
• Target orientation, have strategy to reach the company goals
• Good communication in English
• Have leadership skills
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CPKB-GMP, ISO 22716, ISO 14001, Halal is a Value Plus
Role & Responsibilities:
• Establish new client priority
• Monitoring time schedule product launch
• Build in good relation with clients .
• Achievement for target sales
• •Maintain relation based on all opportunities project
