Strategic Partnership Intern - Mekari Desty:
Job Description:
- Identify Partnership Opportunities: Research and identify potential partners that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Develop Strategies: Create and implement strategies for acquiring new partners to expand the company’s network.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in prospective organizations.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.
- Develop Materials: Create presentation materials and proposals to pitch partnership opportunities.
- Expand Referral Programs: Expand referral programs to encourage existing partners and customers to refer new clients.
- Track Referrals: Monitor and track referrals, maintaining detailed records of outcomes and feedback.
- Engage with Referrers: Build and maintain relationships with referrers to encourage ongoing participation in the program.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from referral participants to enhance program effectiveness and address any issues.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on referral program performance and present findings to leader.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Fresh Graduates or final year students are welcome).
- Experience: Have experience in Partnership, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields would be an advantage
- Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Self -Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Team Player: Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross -functional teams.
