Job Description
• Lead technical direction and design scalable, high-performance systems
• Mentor and coach senior engineers, fostering growth and collaboration
• Conduct code reviews and drive best practices across teams
• Solve complex engineering problems and make data-driven decisions
• Own key systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance
• Lead efforts during production incidents to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features
• Passionate to conduct RnD with latest technology in Informatics Engineering
• Create a Design System and Implement simple Proof of Concept
• Able to finish everything that started from RnD / submission of Design System to McEasy Infrastructure
Qualifications
• Min. High School/Vocational High School
• Having min. 5 years of experience in software engineering
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, or Golang
• Experience in relational databases (SQL) and designing efficient schemas
• Advanced skills in Git, version control, and conflict resolution.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
• Proven experience building and maintaining scalable APIs
• Posses leadership in mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
