- Identifying leads to be coming prospects (potential clients) according to superiors' directions and documenting them in a database, to be followed up in future sales activities
- Contacting and conducting regular visits to clients (existing and new) to create new needs and opportunities
- Exploring service needs, communicating with other fields for needs assessment/assessment, and submitting assessment results to superiors as a basis for compiling service product proposals
- Delivering service product information/presentation of service product proposals according to superiors' directions to clients, to provide knowledge about the benefits and specifications of the service products offered
- Carrying out sales administration and monitoring the product services handover process, to ensure that product services can be used optimally by clients according to the agreement
- Involved in summit event activities, as a reference in creating new needs opportunities/opportunities for sales and maintaining good relationships and cooperation with clients
- Fostering, building, and managing good relationships with internal and external parties of the company (partners, vendors, and customers) including handling customer complaints quickly and thoroughly, to ensure customer satisfaction is met and the cooperation of the ITSEC Team is maintained
