Responsibilities Monitor and analyze regional warehouse performance to meet operational goals. Work with Sort Regional Manager (SRM) to forecast volume, evaluate manpower needs, ensure sufficient sort capacity. Manage budget allocation for hub renovations, relocations, consumables, and tools; conduct detailed budget analysis. Analyze and recommend new warehouse processes to improve efficiency. Collaborate with SRM and Sort Hub leads to resolve operational issues and implement improvement projects. Track and report monthly refutation KPIs and operational performance. Ensure consistent monitoring of quality and performance metrics, proposing actionable improvements.
