This role will be responsible to help our Solar PV Offgrid and Hybrid division to do Project Development, Project Construction, also any other Project needs such as manage financial budget and evaluating and compiling the annual financial statement. Responsibilities Project Development: Present Performing market research in project development; Performing the technical, commercial, and contract preparation; Worked closely with financiers from leading oil and gas companies, publicly traded renewable energy companies, and global financial service groups (or investors); Working alongside the financier for the client’s proposal as the basis for the contract’s deal; Performing feasibility studies, financial modelling, and drafting of operating lease agreements to meet the internal and financier prerequisite as ready-to-be-signed contract; Ensuring that the contracts comply with applicable government regulations. Project Construction: In charge of the EPC tender for the listed and signed projects; Reviewed the Bill of Material from the selected EPC for the listed and signed projects to meet internal and financier specifications of technical and budget targets; Negotiated and prepared the full EPC turnkey contracts; Developed and managed a detailed project schedule and work plan; Ensured the client approved the Detailed Engineering Design before construction; Maintained and reported daily and weekly project progress to the financier and clients.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Must have 2-5 years experience as Project Engineer for Solar PV / PLTS; Able to create Detailed Engineering Design for Solar PV / PLTS; Able to read or even create Internal Rate of Return (IRR) Formula; Able to create presentation for client; Detail oriented, able to create cost estimation; Willing to travel across Indonesia, because we are doing Offgrid and Hybrid projects; Understand how to use PVSyst, Helioscope.
