- Develop and curate daily high-quality content (TikTok and Instagram) such as photos and video concepts.
- End-to-end ideation and execution of social media content
- Work closely with the creative team to develop content calendars and content across multiple social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Design customer success initiatives, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
- Analyze and report on social media accounts and make recommendations for improvements, participate in creating ads content to increase engagement and conversion through social media
- Identify social media trends and create digital marketing content to drive traffic and engagement
- Curating and managing KOL relationships to increase brand reputation.
