Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management (Especially Instagram and Facebook)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a plus
Job Desc:
- Social Media engagement support for Instagram and Facebook channels.
- Schedule and publish content in alignment with our content calendar, ensuring consistency and optimal timing for audience engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and engage with our audience in a timely and authentic manner.
- Collaborate with the campaign team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and promotions that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media.
- Work closely with the creative team to create multimedia content for social media platforms.
