This position is within our payments team, CardUp, a fast growing part of our organization which offers businesses a suite of payments and collections products in one easy-to-use digital platform. We’re looking for a vibrant, extroverted, and highly creative Social Media Intern who lives and breathes Instagram and TikTok. If you're someone who naturally thinks in reels, trends, hooks, and viral moments—and loves being in front of or behind the camera—this role is for you.You’ll play a key role in shaping CardUp’s social presence, helping us connect with everyday consumers through engaging, relatable, and thumb-stopping content. What you will do: Conceptualize, create, and publish engaging short-form content for Instagram and TikTok (Reels, Stories, TikToks) Stay on top of social media trends, memes, and platform updates—then creatively adapt them for CardUp Be comfortable appearing on camera (or directing others) for content creation Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns targeted at B2C audiences Write catchy captions and hooks that drive engagement Support community management (comments, DMs, engagement) Analyze content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement Collaborate with the marketing team on broader campaigns and brand storytelling What you will gain Hands-on experience scaling a leading brand’s social media presence Mentorship from an experienced marketing team that’s driven consistent year on year growth and results Opportunity to experiment, create, and make a real impact A portfolio of real campaigns and content you can proudly showcase
