- Visiting stores 5 stores per week / 1- 2 stores per day ( depending on distance )
- Briefing internal staff every day in all briefing shift.
- Training the Staff at the store ( related customer service if needed )
- Regularly briefing (Morning or afternoon briefing)
- Greeting and serving the customer during half day at the store
- Responsible to checking all the tolls and infrastructure at the store (creating convenience ambience to customers)
- Handling complaint at the store ( if any, during visiting the stores )
- Creating weekly report
- Analyzing customer shopping trend, preferences, and all data, through surveys
- Doing a mystery shopper
