Responsibilities :
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending suitable products/services to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Develop new and existing business potential to create business development plans and a list of new sales opportunities in Data Center Industry/Project
- Giving technical presentations and price negotiations to customers to explain the technical and commercial value of the product
- Monitoring the procurement and installation process of products at the customer site to ensure that the fulfillment of customer requirements is in accordance with schedule, specifications, and agreements
- Coordinating with the internal team (SCM & BD) regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure that the technical information provided to customers is accurate and actionable.
- Preparing sales activity reports, pipeline, and forecasts to provide accurate sales data and insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology, Automotive or related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in the Data Center Industry/Project
- Minimum 2 - 5 years' experience in the same position
- Must have driving Licence (SIM A)
- Experienced in Client Retention Strategy
- Mastering Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and the internet
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Strong problem -solving abilities and technical knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to speak passive and active English
- Willing to travel on business
