Job Overview:
We are looking for a Corporate Sales Supervisor to join our growing team! As a Senior Corporate Sales, you will play leadership role responsible for managing business-to-business (B2B) sales relationships, attracting corporate, government, and hajj travel clients, and increasing bulk sales to corporate customers.
Job Role:
- Business Development: Identify and target potential corporate, government, or hajj travel clients for fashion retail products and build relationships with them.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a corporate sales strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and revenue targets.
- Client Acquisition: Acquire new corporate clients through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as the main point of contact for their fashion product needs.
- Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate fashion products to corporate clients, highlighting their value and benefits for employee uniforms, promotional events, or corporate gifting.
- Customization and Branding: Collaborate with clients to provide customization and branding options for fashion products, such as adding company logos or slogans.
- Quotation and Pricing: Prepare and negotiate pricing quotations, contracts, and terms, ensuring they meet both the brand's and the client's needs.
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee the order fulfillment process, coordinating with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of bulk orders.
- Sales Reporting: Generate and provide regular reports on corporate sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and corporate client needs, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Requirement :
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications or coursework in sales and marketing can be beneficial.
- Min. 3 years of experience in corporate sales, particularly within the fashion retail industry, and have experience in attracting/managing corporate, government, or hajj travel clients.
- Strong understanding of the fashion products offered by the brand and their suitability for corporate clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with corporate clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Problem-solving abilities to address client inquiries, customization requests, and pricing negotiations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple corporate accounts and coordinate order fulfillment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools for lead management and reporting.
- Adaptability to changing corporate sales trends and strategies.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
- Networking and relationship-building skills to expand the corporate client base.
