Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Art & Photography, or related field
• Proven work with at least a 1 year of experience as a content creator
• Creative-minded person who can think outside the box and has a keen interest in following the latest trends on all social media platforms
• Have a strong ability to develop creative concepts and able to execute outcomes on time
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a creative/innovative mind to draw up eye-catching and relevant content
• Have a passion and knowledge of the beauty industry (especially makeup and skincare)
• Have good critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills to work under pressure with a tight deadline
• Have good communication skills both fluently in Bahasa and English
Responsibilities:
• Create creative content and deliver inline communication messages with guidance from Social Media Manager
• Brief content creator and production team to produce campaign content
• Be involved in all phases of social media activities, from observing trends, brainstorming, live streaming, create visual concepts to execution
• Work across divisions to create impactful digital campaigns through storytelling
• Use social media to drive awareness and traffic, also maintain engagement within our community on all platforms
• Gather insight and analysis on what content works well on platforms
• Analyze and provide social media reports every month
