- Develop and maintain relationships with traditional building material shops (Toko Bangunan) in Jakarta to promote and sell our construction materials (cement) products.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers, addressing their inquiries and offering solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
Requirement :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry and has large network / database of traditional building material shops (Toko Bangunan) in Jakarta
- Strong understanding of mortar, cement or other building material products and their applications in construction projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 80-90% of the working time.
