Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with traditional building material shops (Toko Bangunan) in Jakarta to promote and sell our construction materials (cement) products.
  2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers, addressing their inquiries and offering solutions that meet their needs.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
  5. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
  6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers.
  7. Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  8. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.

Requirement :
  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry and has large network / database of traditional building material shops (Toko Bangunan) in Jakarta
  3. Strong understanding of mortar, cement or other building material products and their applications in construction projects.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  8. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 80-90% of the working time.
