Job Description:
- Answer customer inquiries about our Partner Company (ERP software as a service) and handle problems;
- Organize online and offline training for customers and maintain customer relationships;
- Visit major customers, provide overall solutions, and maintain customer sentiment;
- Update market customer needs, provide product optimization needs and follow up;
- Find and manage relationships with business partners.
