We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Banking team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in corporate banking, with a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships. This role is crucial for maintaining and expanding our portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality banking solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.


Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.


Identify and target potential corporate clients to grow the bank's portfolio.


Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their banking needs and inquiries.


Proactively seek opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services.


Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.


Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the bank’s visibility and attract new clients.


Monitor the performance of client accounts, including credit quality and compliance with bank policies.


Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client portfolios to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.


Prepare detailed reports on client account status and performance for senior management.


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.


Minimum of three years of experience in corporate banking or a related financial services field.


Strong knowledge of corporate banking products, services, and financial markets.


Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with banking software.
