Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Ensuring the achievement of sales targets for both modern and traditional channels across various categories such as gadgets/phones, laptops/PCs, electronics, furniture, automotive, e-bikes, etc., in collaboration with our merchants in all cities within Area.
  2. Maintaining and effectively managing teams located in all cities in Area.
  3. Developing and implementing strategies for manpower fulfillment, including hiring and training suitable personnel to support the sales activities.
  4. Overseeing reporting and administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely data analysis, which will aid in decision-making processes.
  5. Working towards the attainment of sales targets by implementing effective strategies, monitoring performance, and making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  6. Developing store productivity strategies to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and maximize sales potential.
  7. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with each merchant, fostering collaboration, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring a smooth workflow at every step of the sales process.

Requirement :

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  1. Hold at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. Fluent in English.
  3. Possess a good knowledge and familiarity with stores in each city in Area.
  4. Have experience in handling large teams both directly and remotely.
  5. Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  6. Hardworking, target-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative.
  7. Have a good relationship and reputation with merchants and store owners in all cities across Area.
  8. Possess strong data analysis skills, particularly in using MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  9. .Have a strong understanding of the offline BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) business model, specifically for our merchants and relevant categories.
