Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QC Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role at our new factory located in Deltamas, Cikarang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes to ensure that the products meet all necessary quality standards and comply with company requirements. You will play a critical role in maintaining the quality of both products and services by ensuring all quality requirements are met, contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes. The QC Supervisor will also be responsible for managing and ensuring the quality of raw materials throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring that all operational procedures align with industry standards.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Apothecary is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role or position.
• Possession of an active STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker) license is mandatory.
• Experience in Cosmetics or Personal Care manufacturing is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of CPKB (Cara Pembuatan Kosmetik yang Baik) Systems and Documentation.
• In-depth understanding of the quality control (QC) process flow for raw materials.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to write and speak English
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer literacy is essential.
• Preferably available to join immediately.
• Willingness to be based in Deltamas, Cikarang.
