Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute IT operations projects from initiation to completion, ensuring goals and timelines are met effectively. Lead and coordinate IT operations teams while collaborating with other teams (development, QA, network, and other stakeholders) to achieve project objectives. Handle operational IT incidents, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions to minimize service disruptions. Efficiently manage and utilize resources, including staff, hardware, and software, to ensure smooth project execution. Identify potential risks and issues within the operational environment and develop mitigation and contingency plans. Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders on project status, escalations, and performance reports. Ensure that IT operational changes are managed in accordance with organizational processes and change management policies. Ensure IT services meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and that operations are running optimally and reliably. Identify areas for improving efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations processes through regular monitoring and evaluation.
