About the Role


We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will lead and manage complex projects across various layers of stakeholder management, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients. This role involves multi-year contracts with evolving scopes of work. As a strategic thinker with a proven track record in a fast-paced SaaS environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring project success.


What You'll Do


Project Planning and Execution:* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.



  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.


Stakeholder Management:* Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.



  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

  • Address and resolve conflicts, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and project success.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:* Work closely with product development, marketing, sales, customer support teams, and senior leadership to align project goals with company objectives.



  • Foster a collaborative environment to encourage innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure seamless integration of new solutions and services into existing workflows and systems.


External Partnership Management:* Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and partners.



  • Negotiate and manage multi-year contracts with evolving scopes of work.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.


Risk Management:* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.



  • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.


Reporting and Documentation:* Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.



  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change logs.

  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.


Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s or advanced degree is a plus.



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the SaaS and/or Hospitality/Retail industry.

  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in project management tools.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with stakeholders and team members.


Good to Have* Experience within the SaaS and/or Hospitality/Retail industry.



  • Advanced degree in a related field.

  • Familiarity with cross-cultural interactions, particularly within Indonesian contexts.

  • Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster).
