- Understand international markets' quality standards and establish critical control points (CCPs) to ensure compliance.
- Set critical limits for each CCP and determine testing/inspection procedures that align with established quality standards.
- Conduct first-shipment inspections for all new products to confirm adherence to quality specifications.
- Execute random inspections of regular shipments to maintain consistency in quality across production runs.
- Develop and implement systems to document quality control results, including inspections, test outcomes, and non-conformities.
- Establish procedures to capture and report customer feedback and quality complaints accurately.
- Promptly investigate and resolve quality-related incidents and complaints, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance quality control processes to drive efficiency and ensure the highest product standards.
