Perform product improvement, optimization, and development activities; Conduct selection and evaluation of supporting materials for products and processes; Handle laboratory trials and plant trials; Support investigation and resolution of customer complaints related to product performance; Prepare technical reports and documentation related to development activities

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering; Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in a petrochemical company; Strong understanding of: material science, manufacturing processes, quality testing, product development methodologies; Good analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail; Able to work collaboratively across functions; Willing to be placed in Balongan, West Java
