What You Will Do: Analyze operational needs and define specifications for goods or services procurement; Handle end to end procurement processes across multiple clinic locations in accordance with company procedures; Source, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with vendors or service providers; Monitor purchasing, delivery, and service completion to ensure SLA and operational targets are achieved; Handle urgent operational issues and provide fast solutions for procurement related challenges; Prepare procurement budgeting and quarterly forecasting to support operational effectiveness; Coordinate closely with warehouse, finance, and related teams to ensure smooth procurement processes; Continuously evaluate and improve procurement workflows, vendor performance, and cost efficiency.
