Job Description
- Monitor, Analyze, research and test assigned product
- Implement new and sustain quality standard
- Control defect in the production floor and do analysis for improvement
- Continuous improvement by using problem solving tools during new model and existing model production
- Make sure product sent to market achieve base on standard regulation
- Follow up market complaints by investigation and analysis for improvement
- Guide production quality control how to control production process and inspection
- Verify all of problem finding whether low or high risk and also able to judge phenomena defect
- Provide route cause analysis for quality cases
Qualifications
- Min D3 from engineering major
- Fresh graduate with good potential are welcome
- Fluent in English
- Able to work under pressure, within deadlines and overtime
- Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all level and execution
- Strong leadership skills, ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team based organization
- Analytical \& continuous improvement skill
- Willing to be placed in all work areas submitted by company
