- Support the Process Excellence Manager in identifying and analysing operational inefficiencies, focusing on Last Mile Delivery, Logistics Network Operations, and/or Retail Operations.
- Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement improvement plans based on identified opportunities.
- Participate in project teams, contributing to project execution and documentation.
- Monitor and track progress of improvement initiatives, reporting results to the Process Excellence Manager.
- Close collaboration with Last Mile Team (Hub Operations)
