Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance placement in the insurance broker industry. Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and coordinate team efforts to achieve departmental goals and project deadlines. Strong understanding of insurance products, policy wording, and risk assessment frameworks. In-depth understanding of various insurance coverages across multiple product lines (e.g., property, liability, marine, engineering, etc.). Proven experience in negotiating with insurers and securing favorable terms and conditions. Ability to analyze policy clauses and assess alignment with business requirements. Solid knowledge of market trends, insurance regulations, and claim analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights for strategic decision-making. Experience in cross-functional collaboration for product or service development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
