Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Interface with B2B/B2C clients to understand their branding needs, digital planning, and performance objectives. Propose tailored solutions to enhance brand visibility and drive digital performance. Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Display, Google SEM, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and leading E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada. Implement effective Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) strategies to optimize advertising expenses. Performance Optimization: Maintain and fine-tune advertising campaigns to improve key metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Purchase (CPP), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions for continuous campaign improvement. Analytical Insight: Leverage tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager to analyze campaign performance. Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Continuous Improvement: Identify strengths and weaknesses of previous campaigns and develop strategies for continuous improvement. Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance overall campaign effectiveness. Dashboard Establishment: Set up and maintain a comprehensive dashboard to monitor the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of all campaigns. Provide clients with real-time insights and recommendations based on performance data.
