Job Description
• Responsibility for a variety of People Operations service queries and ensuring to solve them in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and maintain employment records and data management
• Address employee service issues, such as complaints or other employee concerns.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the Shared Service Team and the wider business as and when needed.
• Maintain relationship with stakeholders externally and internally
• Be part of business process improvement and optimalization
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• 1+ years experience in leading international organizations with HR Process Improvement & HR Shared Services background
• Familiar with Business Process Improvement & Automation of Process by HRIS System (Workday is a plus).
• Advance technical competency and attention to detail/accuracy
• Proficient in MS Excel and its functions, including conditional formatting and other data analysis functions.
• Be able to communicate concisely both in written and verbal
• Strong customer-service orientation, sense of urgency in getting things done, and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects
