Responsibilities: Initiate and analyze operations flow through data analysis, routing, and simulation to support operational efficiency. Design and evaluate operational solutions based on customer requirements, including solutioning for tenders and new business opportunities. Conduct operations network analysis and identify optimization opportunities for better performance. Manage onboarding plans and ensure smooth day-to-day execution for new customers or services. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on operational matters, including pricing discussions and basic negotiations. Design and develop new services or operational processes based on business needs.
