Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Having exposure in community engagement and event planning
Having experience as customer service or similar work experience to handle many merchants
Having at least one year of experience in areas like Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Community Engagement, or Customer Services, both offline and online
Tech savvy with social media proficiency that could support them in managing multiple groups of communication and engaging with merchant partners in effective manners.
Have experience in coordinating / managing team would be an advantage
