  • To invite merchants to join community groups and engage them in both whatsapp and fb communities.




  • To inform the community with latest news, directions, or product updates from central




  • To help merchant to solve any reported issue




  • To invite and conduct offline engagement workshop




  • To create weekly reporting and present OKR result




  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent




  • Having exposure in community engagement and event planning




  • Having experience as customer service or similar work experience to handle many merchants




  • Having at least one year of experience in areas like Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Community Engagement, or Customer Services, both offline and online




  • Tech savvy with social media proficiency that could support them in managing multiple groups of communication and engaging with merchant partners in effective manners.




  • Have experience in coordinating / managing team would be an advantage
