Prepare And Maintain Detailed Records Of Work Progress, Site Issues, Change Orders, And Other Project-Related Documentation.
Identify And Address Any Design Or Installation Issues Promptly, Providing Practical Solutions To Maintain Project Timelines.
Provide Regular Updates On Project Status, Including Progress Reports, Budget Tracking, And Risk Assessments To Senior Management.

Strong Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects.
In-Depth Knowledge Of MEP Systems, Especially In Plumbing And Fire-Fighting System Installation.
Knowledge And Experience In HVAC And Electrical Installation Is A Plus.
Excellent Understanding Of The Relevant Codes And Standards.
Proven Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Scheduling, And Budgeting.
Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members.
Good English Proficiency Both Oral And Written.Proficiency In Relevant Engineering Software And Tools (E.G., AutoCAD, MS Project).
Experience In Construction Management Consultant Is Preferred.
