Support daily merchandising operations for the Chinese Food category (Halal & Non-Halal). Control and maintain promotional products, including price adjustments, sales reporting, and coordination with the marketing team. Maintain Grocery database, covering new item setup, price updates, and supplier registration. Stay updated on Chinese grocery trends and curate relevant product selections. Manage and monitor inventory levels, including stock aging control. Ensure product compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards. Prepare weekly data reports, including sales performance and top 10 items per division. Handle administrative tasks such as data recaps, document circulation, agreement follow-ups, and PO uploads.
