- Develop comprehensive competitor profiles, including strategic analysis, capital relationships, key channels, strengths, profitability, and financial position.
- Execute intelligence activities to gather and centrally manage information on competitors both within and outside the company.
- Conduct continuous analysis and updates on competitors' products and services, including gap analysis with our own products.
- Analyze brokers, BUSB, conglomerates, and other sales channels to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collect and analyze data to uncover prospective customer preferences on products and services.
- Formulate agile strategies regarding sales channels and insurance products based on market research analysis results, in collaboration with Production departments.
- Evaluate and review existing strategies on sales channels and insurance products, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance by filing product sales at banking or BUSB to regulatory authorities like OJK.
- Review and approve agreements with sales partners such as MoUs.
- Provide support for merger and acquisition activities as needed.
