Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Opportunities: Discover and evaluate new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners and potential clients to support business growth.
  • Develop Business Strategies: Create and implement strategies to meet growth targets and market expansion goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations and finalize deals to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the company.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and build strategic relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and evaluate business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
