Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage end-to-end administrative processes for training programs, including scheduling, coordination, documentation, and follow-up. Maintain and update training databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Prepare and compile training reports on a regular basis. Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding training administration, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Support the execution of learning and culture initiatives across the organization. Ensure all administrative processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company standards and timelines.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration or a related major. Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly to employee inquiries. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling and reporting. Able to work well within given timelines and maintain consistency in deliverables.
