- Strategic Account Management

- Monitor performance, forecast sales, and identify growth opportunities using data insights.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align on objectives and explore new opportunities.
- Shopper Experience & Retail Excellence
- Implement promotional and marketing activities to enhance in -store engagement.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and optimize merchandising strategies.
- Gather shopper insights to improve conversion and experience.
- Omnichannel Integration
- Coordinate online campaigns with e -commerce and digital teams to ensure synergy with offline initiatives.
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools to optimize promotions and engagement.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to achieve mutual business goals.
- Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure high service levels and timely fulfillment.
The Successful Applicant
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in account management or business development within FMCG, retail, or e -commerce.
- Proven success managing hybrid retail environments (offline and online).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and digital capabilities; familiarity with e -commerce platforms and CRM tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship -building skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; fluent in Indonesian and English.
