Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions across various departments and levels.
  2. Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
  3. Support recruitment advertising efforts by posting job ads on relevant platforms and monitoring applicant responses.
  4. Assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  5. Other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. Minimal 1 year pf profesional experience as Talent Acquisition, Recruiter, or relevant.
  3. Familiarity with recruitment processes and practices is desirable.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  6. Genuine interest in human resources and recruitment as a career path.
  7. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
