Location: Bali, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Involved in the conceptual design, schematic design, and development of design projects
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings
- Use software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.) to create visualizations that accurately represent design concepts
- Research on design trends, materials, and building regulations, and assist in preparing project documentation and technical specifications
- Work closely with teams to ensure design concepts are effectively translated into built environments
- Assist with site analysis and documentation during project planning and construction phases, ensuring design intent is maintained
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Junior Architect or similar roles
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, especially beach club
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.) and an understanding of 3D modeling and rendering tools.
- Strong design sense with an eye for detail and a passion for architecture, with the ability to contribute ideas to the design process.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to solving design challenges
