Provide on site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network systems across company locations, especially in Surabaya and Gresik;
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, and Linux based systems such as Ubuntu;
Collaborate with users and IT teams to ensure timely problem resolution, while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism;
